Biography:
Froman joins LSU's staff with experience from Fresno State University where she acted as the ACE Program Coordinator in addition to serving as the academic advisor for the men's basketball, women's volleyball, women's tennis and women's equestrian programs. She also provided specialized services to student-athletes with identified learning disabilities and operated as her department liaison with the FSU's Services for Student with Disabilities.
In December 2010, Froman earned her Master of Art in Higher Education Administration from the University of Louisville. She also graduated Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Science in Health and Human Performance from Louisville which she received in May 2009.
A four-time BIG EAST National Scholar and two-time CRCA All-Region First-Team rower, Froman started her career serving as an Athletics Academic Services Intern with U of L's men's basketball team followed by an Academic Advising Graduate Assistant with the football program before moving into Assistant Learning Specialist and Tutor Coordinator position following completion of her Master of Art degree.
